Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

High quality, glamour, and excellence are the emphasis at Purple Rock. If you are not completely satisfied with your bra straps we will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund. A return must be received within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all refunds are processed less shipping charges.

Please follow the instructions below in order for your return to be processed completely.

Send your Beaded Bra Straps (we accept complete pairs only) along with copies of your purchase receipt and packing slip to:

Merchandise should be received unused and in its original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns cannot be processed.

Please include a note stating your reason for the exchange or refund and make sure to also include the style number of the Bra Straps that you wish to receive as your replacement, along with your name, order number, and e-mail address.

Purple Rock strongly recommends that you send your return items pre-paid, insured, and traceable, to ensure that we receive your shipment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in transit.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 days to process your return. It is advisable to e-mail Purple Rock when you have shipped a package back for exchange or refund.
