Warranty
Your Purple Rock bra strap is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date.
Please note that this warranty does not cover defects or damages to your bra strap —
- After the warranty period expires;
- If the bra strap was not originally purchased from an authorized retailer, distributor, or through Purple Rock's website;
- From any repair or replacement services not performed by Purple Rock; or
- From any accidents, tampering or abuse.
To obtain warranty service, return your bra straps (pair) with a detailed note explaining the problem you are having. Please send both straps so that we may repair/replace the pair for you.
Include your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of your purchase receipt, or packing slip — to establish the warranty period — along with a check or money order for the amount of US $6.00 or (US $9.50 from Canada) payable through a U.S. bank, payable in U.S. currency, to Purple Rock. This is not a repair / replacement charge but a cost to cover handling and return postage. It is recommended to return your bra straps in a way that is pre-paid, insured, and traceable. We cannot be responsible for your bra straps if they do not reach us.
